Packaging and shipping

Packages are sent the day after receipt of payment through a transport company, with tracking 
and signature control, to the shipping address on your customer registration form. The company may apply additional charges or modify the delivery conditions in case you do not
attend the delivery. Whatever the shipping choice, you will be provided with a link to track
your package online. Shipping costs include handling and packaging costs, as well as shipping costs.
Handling costs are fixed, while transport rates vary according to the weight or total volume
of the shipment. Return Policy The return can only be made within a period of less than 15 calendar days after receiving the
product. After these days returns of any product are not accepted. Returns are only accepted if there has been an error in packaging, shipping, detect a
malfunction, deterioration or breakage of the product, if it is not any of the aforementioned
reasons,
the return of the product will not be accepted. So we strongly recommend that you review your
order, to verify quantities and products you wish to purchase. In the event that the package arrives damaged we recommend checking the merchandise before the
carrier leaves your home in order to open a claim to the carrier on site. In case of product failure, we recommend contacting our Customer Service to proceed to
correct the problems caused.
